A healthy mind needs a healthy body to be able to execute the commands triggered by the brain’s reflexes and apply them to achieve the desired goal.
We do a certain physical fitness test ensure that mind and body are in sync to perform the actions as per demand.

Technical ability is the core for any sportsman to be able to play at a higher level and maintain the success achieved.
With the help of the professional coaches of that particular sport, we ensure that the players are well equipped and sound in the technical areas..

 Diet Habits

We strongly believe that what goes in the stomach our body and mind react the same way. 
There are certain eating habits which are not good for any sportsman, like improper eating timings, too much protein, less water intake, and many others.

We try to implement the basics of  good eating habits and if required we take the help of a professional dietitian to plan a diet for an individual athlete.
